These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by
N.U.D.E. Ltd.

1. Services

N.U.D.E. Ltd provides dance and movement classes, workshops, and related services.
All services are subject to availability and prior booking.

2. Booking and Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment or confirmation by the studio.
Payments must be made in full unless otherwise agreed. To purchase a subscription, you must first register on our website. After registration, you will gain access to your personal account, where you can view the number of classes purchased, your reservations, and the subscription validity period.
Once payment is completed, the purchased number of classes will appear in your account, and you may begin reserving classes.
We use virtual subscriptions only; therefore, you may reserve only the number of classes included in your purchased subscription.
You will also receive an email reminder one day prior to each scheduled class.
A class may be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. In case of emergency or illness, please contact the trainer directly to discuss further steps and the possibility of suspending your subscription.
A subscription may be frozen free of charge only upon presentation of a medical certificate issued by the attending physician. In all other cases, a fee of EUR 15 will apply to freeze your subscription.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class
or session. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start time,
the payment is non-refundable and the session is considered used.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during booking and
for assessing their own physical condition before participating in classes.

5. Liability

N.U.D.E. Ltd is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from failure
to follow instructions or improper use of the facilities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and materials, is the
property of N.U.D.E. Ltd and may not be used without prior written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access in cases of misuse,
violation of these Terms & Conditions, or unlawful behavior.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Latvian legislation.
